The NY Strip Steak is a steak Hall of Fame member. Definitely one of the most popular steaks out there and was popularized in our home state of New York in the early days of the steakhouses. It's a flavorful cut with a very smooth eating experience. It's lean, but not too lean to be devoid of flavor. After filet mignon, we probably sell more NY Strip Steaks than anything else. Our standard cut on this steak is 1.25" thick.
