Pork Tenderloins are the filet mignon of pork but since a hog is a much smaller animal, this cut is way smaller than a beef tenderloin. Each pork tenderloin is about 1.1 lb each and these come packed two pieces per package. Cook these up and slice them into medallions for a great presentation.
