You won't find Hawaiian Steaks anywhere else but Farmingdale Meat Market. This steak was named because our founder Julius Seelig used to marinate this cut in Sweet & Sour Sauce many years ago and thought it had the feel of Hawaii. Julius was a marketing genius so "Hawaiian Steaks" were born! These come packed 3 steaks per package and are cut from Chuck Flap Meat, a very flavorful cut. Other butcher shops and restaurants have caught on to this cut we have been selling for 70+ years and now it's called the Denver Steak by most (but not us).
