Our bone-in skin-on pork bellies are only sold by the whole piece and are about 15 lbs each. The bones on the belly are the St. Louis ribs still attached to the belly. This is a great cut of pork to experiment with. Many people have never even seen a whole pork belly. This is where bacon comes from!
