What??? Akaushi Wagyu Beef that has been dry aged?? Heck yeah! We don't mess around over here. We've been told that we dry aged more Akaushi beef than pretty much any other butcher shop in the country! This is basically one of the best steaks you'll ever eat in your life! The only problem with eating this steak is that you can't have it every single night. Or, I guess you can...Be warned: This is pretty much the most expensive steak on this site. It's not cheap, but it's worth it!
