New Zealand racks of lamb are the smallest lamb racks we sell. Each rack is 16-18 oz and comes two 8-bone racks per package. This is a frozen item. Great for hors d'oeuvres. Very easy to roast whole and cut into single-bone chops. So easy a caveperson could do it!
