Hanger Steak is unique in that there is only one hanger steak per animal. Most muscles on the animal come in pairs, but not hanger steak. This muscle is covered by a thick membrane but we do all the work and trim it out for you so it's ready to grill and eat. A nice steak that is best plated already sliced. Very flavorful.
