This is an extremely popular cold-weather item that is very popular in Jamaican cooking and other Caribbean dishes. Each package contains approximately 6-8 pcs of oxtails that are cut 1" thick and trimmed of most of the fat. Some fat is left on but most is trimmed. You will receive a variety of fatter cuts and thinner cuts....sorry folks, an oxtail is not a perfect cylinder. If you haven't ever had Oxtails, you should give them a try.
